Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders over $45.00 for our domestic retail customers.  Your order will ship out via USPS First class or Priority mail with tracking when possible.  Larger orders may be shipped via UPS or FedEx.  All orders will be emailed tracking information.

Customers wishing to place wholesale orders will be contacted about best delivery option after the order is placed.  

Please contact us ahead of time for international orders.

Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to supply the best quality products.  In the event you are dissatisfied with your product, please contact us within 15 days for possible return authorization number or refund.  We reserve the right to ship out a replacement product or issue a refund.  

To be eligible for a full refund the product must be sealed and in like new condition. We will only cover return shipping if the return is a result of shipping error on our part.  Please double check your shipping address during checkout.  

Due to the nature of online stores and shipping occasionally shipments arrive damaged.  We request that any packages damaged in shipping are retained and photographed.  Simply email us with the photos, your order number and contact information.  We will send out a replacement to you and then provide the documentation to the shipping provider.
